1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as:

Personal care / beauty items once opened

Items marked “Final Sale”
3. Return Process

Email us at paktrendm@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our support team will guide you through the process and provide a return address.

Ship the item back to us securely. (Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method (or as agreed for Cash on Delivery orders).
5. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us immediately. We’ll arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email photos of the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
