  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We currently ship all over Pakistan.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience. Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details.
You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

5. Delays

We strive to deliver your orders on time, but delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays
